How we operate
Doing things differently
B-Change For Good operates as a collective.
We have spent the last few years building a network that enables us to access the most suitable, and trustworthy, expertise to suit any change-oriented project.
While the core team are innovative problem solvers at heart, we differ from most setups because we’re structured to be solution agnostic. We discover, develop and design the solutions to meet whatever the challenge and context requires. We then find the expertise, either within our network or from beyond, most capable of bringing the solution to life.
Our primary pathways to change are:
Business
Business offers huge potential for driving change. It creates products, services and experiences for customers to “consume”. It works as part of a wider value-creation chain. And it is often a home from home for those who work there.
But the way successful business gets done has changed. We help aspiring businesses bring about change.
So how do we help businesses?
- Strategy: Bringing sustainability, technology, behavioural science, and marketing together to develop a strategy fit for the future.
- Strategy into action: Converting strategy into an experienced delivery.
- People and culture: Employee Engagement, Cultural Change, Recruitment & Retention and Diversity, Equity, Fairness & Inclusion initiatives.
Brands
Brands sit at the forefront of engagement with consumers. They exist in the minds of consumers. They help consumers navigate the world and their own identity. They can bridge the gap between where an individual (or society) is now, and where they want to be in the future. And in this, they carry incredible potential for change.
So how do we help brands?
- Consumer insights: Using behavioural science and data analysis to understand the people you serve. What makes them behave the way they do? How do they make decisions?
- Positioning with Purpose: Helping brands create a meaningful positioning which takes its customers and society forward.
- Activation: Turning positioning strategies into activations which bring tangible change.
Behaviour
Practically all change has a behavioural aspect to it. And, whether delivered through third sector, public sector, or philanthropic individuals and organisations, citizen behaviour change offers some of the greatest potential for change.
So how do we change citizen behaviour?
- Insights: Using behavioural insights to understand the drivers, influences and barriers of behaviour.
- Behavioural Change: Leveraging the power of behavioural insights and strategic design to develop change programmes that work.
- Consultancy: Providing behavioural science expertise to shine a light on people-related challenges.
